Long Service Award
Sparkline has many employees who have been with us for a long time and to honor them, we held the Long Services Award. Many such employees were awarded for their long service and loyalty towards the company. Employees were invited to come to the ceremony along with their families where they were all awarded with their families cheering them on. Our employees are our strength and they are the ones responsible for Sparkline’s exponential growth and success.
Project Appreciations
Sparkline completed a major project for Mahindra and many employees dedicatedly worked for this project to make it a success. Sparkline appreciated all the professionals involved with the Mahindra project with a small ceremony where they were awarded certificates for their work. Here at Sparkline, we love to appreciate and celebrate our wonderful employees.
Safety Week
It’s Safety Week at Sparkline! This is the week where all the employees go over all the safety rules, regulations, and protocols set in place to have a safe and accident-free workplace. We here at Sparkline take safety very seriously and have regular inspections and workshops to ensure all our employees have a safe and secure working environment.
Sparkline Girls
Equal opportunity and gender equality are an important strategic areas of our human resources plan as well these are monitored at board level for top down implementation. Sparkline Girls with them bring in the performance, consistency and expertise when it comes to delivering on time. On time every time is one of our mission statements with which we serve our customers.
Student Appreciations
The 10th and 12th standards are important junctions in a student’s life and they can feel a lot of pressure. To alleviate some of this pressure, Sparkline arranged for counseling sessions for the children of our employees who were set to appear for their 10th or 12th standard board exam. The counselor talked to them, shared some great insight, and encouraged them not to feel pressured and have a positive outlook. Students and parents had a good time and left happy and relaxed.
Palkhi Seva
Sparkline welcomed devotees with much-needed hydration! We distributed water bottles to all the warkaris who were participating in the palkhi. Being a company based in Pune, we love to do our part in serving the wonderful pilgrims who walk hundreds of kilometers carrying the palkhi on their shoulders. The distribution activity was a great success and we were able to give out hundreds of bottles to the warkaris who were humble and very appreciative of this effort.
Yoga Day
To celebrate International Yoga Day, Sparkline arranged for all our employees to participate in a yoga camp held by a professional yoga guru. The teacher showed the employees different yoga poses and how they can use them to increase their fitness and improve their overall health. Many happily participated in the event. We at Sparkline always encourage our employees to be physically and mentally fit and will continue to have such events for their benefit.
Selfie with Ganesha
Our traditions are our lifelines of bonding and being spiritually linked to our purpose. Selfie with Ganesha aims at bringing life to the traditions and recognising the efforts our team members take while decorating and celebrating the festivals. This is also a platform to showcase your family talent with selfie post of your festive decoration together.
