Description
The Project Execution Engineer will oversee and manage electrical project installations, ensuring that work is carried out efficiently, safely, and within budget. This role involves coordinating with various teams, clients, and vendors to ensure project goals align with quality and technical standards.

Responsibilities
Project Planning and Execution:

• Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and schedules.
• Coordinate and manage site activities to ensure project milestones are met.
• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.

Quality and Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to company standards, specifications, and safety protocols.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to monitor project quality and compliance.
• Maintain documentation related to project activities, test results, and compliance records.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Mechanical, Civil, etc.) to ensure seamless project integration.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and vendors to communicate project progress and address concerns.
• Prepare and present project status reports to management and stakeholders.

Problem-Solving:

• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues encountered on-site.
• Recommend and implement corrective actions to resolve project-related challenges.

Budget and Cost Management:

• Monitor project costs to ensure adherence to budgets.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency.

Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE):

• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations on-site.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement HSE best practices.

Qualifications

• Diploma EE/ Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in project execution within the electrical engineering sector.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation, and testing protocols.
• Familiarity with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control processes.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in project management tools and electrical engineering software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to travel to various project sites as required.

Other Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
