These systems are available in two types: standardized profiles commonly used in the automotive industry and Sparkline’s proprietary profiles that provide unique advantages. The EMS is engineered to ensure economic, flexible, smooth, and silent operation, optimizing working conditions in any industrial environment.
Sparkline’s EMS systems come with either aluminum or MS I-beam tracks and are designed for cost-effective and safe operation. The Automated Electrified Monorail (AEM) is a sophisticated system that includes monorail tracks, track-mounted electrification, and individually powered vehicles. The system is supported by a control structure, lifts, switches, and turntables, making it adaptable to various industrial needs.
Pre-assembled and pre-tested, Sparkline’s EMS ensures a quick and easy system start-up, reducing installation time and downtime. It requires minimal maintenance due to its simplified construction, which reduces wiring and zone cuts. With built-in onboard intelligence, the system allows rapid point-to-point product movement, providing tight speed control, and optimizing material flow within the facility.
