Rail Body Lifter

Short Description
Jib cranes are versatile lifting equipment that is employed for very specific applications in a workshop.

Jib crane can be classified in three types- column mounted, wall mounted and articulated.

A column mounted jib crane has a column chemically anchored to the workshop floor and an outreach known as jib or the boom. A hoist is mounted on this jib. This jib slews in either 180° or 270° or 360° depending on the site application.

A wall mounted jib crane is mounted on a building wall and slewing angle is limited to 180°.

Articulated jib crane can be wall mounted or column mounted depending on the site condition but the outreach has telescopic movement incorporated into it to cover additional lifting area.

Jib cranes are typically used besides moulding or forming machines to load the coils or components onto the machines, on LNG tanks to replace and remove the cryogenic pumps that carry the product to the ships or pipeline to the end user.

Very flexible solutions and comes with option of manual slewing or lifting when the lifting capacity is less.
