Our offerings include complete pneumatic line tool trolleys and hose reels tailored for pneumatic guns, enhancing efficiency and ease of use. We also deliver customized structures that integrate secondary utilities, such as air and power supply, at critical points throughout your facility.

Our air supply systems are strategically installed at multiple locations, with air pressure managed by FRL (Filter, Regulator, Lubricator) units to ensure optimal performance.

Secondary Air Line along Work station (Overhead):

  • Tap off from 8.8 mtr length from Header Pipe
  • 2″ pipe line across entire length (1LH & 1RH side)
  • ½” tap off every 4 mtr across entire length (LH & RH side)
  • Tool Rails: Across entire length both on Lh & RH side made of I-Beam or H–Beam
  • FRLS/Overhead Hose Reel/Spring Balancer /Coupler: Considered at every Tap off across entire length
  • Secondary Cable Tray: One Cable Tray with Cover across entire length
  • Electrical sockets: 2 sockets/station (1LH & 1RH side)
  • Station Boards (with mounting): 2 per station (1LH & 1RH side)
